It isn't Möwe :)
Colours are hard to decipher from this photo. I would say that darker colour is red or blue and lighter one is cream.

Piotr, that is not a sailplane of German manufacture, correct? If not, what country?

OK, last 24 hours. Two hints: this photo was made in Krosno on 3rd July, 1940. Glider was manufactured by the same factory which produced several training aircraft for Polish Air Force before 1939.

Just looked at Polish Aircraft 1893-1939 and found her, but you already gave us the answer. Now, are you sure? The photos of the P.W.S. 101 have distinctive gull wings. Your photo shows a sailplane without gull wings. I reference the book above, pages 705 and 706.

Cheers,

I'm sure, this is PWS-101 and it has gull wings. You can't see it because photo is cropped :)
There is another photo from the same photo session with the same three guys and gull wings clearly visible. It was published in "Polskie Konstrukcje Lotnicze" Vol.3 on page 255. In fact that photo has much better resolution and quality so PWS-101 designation on tail is clearly visible.

The name of the Luftwaffe fighter controller in Otopeni, Romania ,who was a direct descendant of Lt Pitcairn the member of Captain Bligh's mutinious crew on HMS ''Bounty'' who gave his name to the Pitcairn Islands in the Pacific where Fletcher Christian and the mutineers settled.?
I want this Luftwaffe descendant of Lt Pitcairn's rank in the Luftwaffe as well as of August 1943.

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but what is this aircraft?

Ah yes, the Fw 187 Falke. I'm afraid this isn't one of those Aleks! The Falke would have been an excellent twin engined fighter, far superior than the Bf 110, possibly even the Bf 109, if it had been allowed to use 1000hp DB 600 engines, instead of the 700hp Jumo 210s. Another what if :(
