It looks like he's a general officer so that narrows it down a bit. I would say Joseph Schmid who would ultimately assume Command of I.JK.

Yes, I had my Hahns mixed up there :oops:! I believe the Tatzelwurm was displayed at some point by StaB I./JG 3. How about Gruppenkommandeure Günther Lützow?
