hi,

As I`m not an Air Force man, an easy one: which was the only Axis aircraft ever to bomb the continental US ?

greetings, the pb

My first guess was the Aichi M6A Seiran carried by the I-400 "Sentoku" submarines, but those never attacked the continental US. Turns out the hunch about a submarine aircraft carrier was, I think, right; one Yokosuka E14Y Glen dropped two 168 lb incendiaries in Oregon.

Interesting question (most of them are) -- is that the correct answer?

The picture isn't the best quality, so I'll give a hint because I couldn't add arrows to the interesting bit. There are three antennas forward of the cockpit and three on top of the fuselage just behind the Balkenkreuz. The answer is a FuG number.

That's correct. Sorry for the delay in confirming, I've been away a couple days.

Thank you very much.

Okay, this one should be easy: Name the first operation in which the D4Y played a part.
