For Schuttwolf it was a long way really to find a correct listing..of note a story of attempts, difficulties and wrong secondary sources :

So, Scheibert is incomplete, Patzwall/Scherzer is wrong ; "Die Deutschen Divisionen" (listing with 1. PD) is wrong, too.

SS-Unterscharführer Anton Turek, I. / Rgt. 3, SS-Polizei-Division.

Received RK KVK mS as Führer eines Bergezuges in the 17. SS Panzer-Division "Götz von Berlichingen", supposedly: 31.12.1944

I recall from reading the KTB 17. SS-PGD "GvB" that this is not of help, as awards are not mentioned in general.

RE : Kriegsmarine section [page 119]

The long-time Kriegsmarine review, basically in process since last year, but on hold and delayed at times, is planned to have a shifting towards a final edit round for "Phase 2". With regard to completeness and accuracy this section still contains a lower number of issues and open points. See the respective lists installed there ; this includes the several data sets marked blue and red. Thanks in advance for any bits and pieces about the remaining questions.

The top section, starting with OKM, has this small addition : OKM on the Axis History Factbook
Based on this big effort and excellent work by Gareth Collins I have done a major edit of the OKM / Ämter section, see
viewtopic.php?p=1153063#p1153063 . The former big lists - DKiS , RK KVKmS mainly - are now splitted in favour of listing exact assignments.

German Cross in Gold - not an award for an "Amt" position, therefore not listed with the Inspektion ; added to Marinegruppenkommando Süd, with note (Marschall was Deputy for Admiral Karlgeorg Schuster) :

DKiS - listed under Hauptamt Kriegsschiffbau. He wasn't Amtsgruppenchef at that time I take it.

DKiS - the later Marinebaurat Mohr is said to be the "father" of the Einmanntorpedo "Neger" ; the invention and construction was carried out in the "Amt Torpedowaffe" I take it. "OKM T Wa" is from the old data set we had so far.

Looking at the K.d.K. men who are not yet listed with a unit. Does someone own or has access to the Internationales Militaria-Magazin, # 111 - 115, Feb - Dec 2004 ( IMM Nr. 111 - 115) ? It was said that it has a series about all KdK award holders. Eventually someone might be able and willing to look through the list based on that.
