Mjolir,

The class of wound badge given depended on the type of injury as you may already know. However, if a recipient of the 20th July wound badge had already received one prior to this event (1939 wound badge) then it counted towards their next would badge class or the next class altogether. If they were wounded in battle after 20th July, they received the same style wound badge (20.07.44) in that class or the next higher grade depending on the wound and/or number of wounds.

Thanks to all!
All documents of the Verwundetenabzeichen 20.7.1944 were dated on the July 20th, 1944. But the recipients got their awards later. Hitler signed the Verordnung about this award on August 28th, 1944. The first ceremonie was on September 2nd, 1944. And the wounded persons got their awards - this is my opinion - on that day, when they returned to the Führerhauptquartier.
But I don't know why Fegelein got his award before the Verordnung was signed!

My question is, if the wounded telefonists at the next room of the exploded room got this Verwundetenabzeichen or the "normal" from 1939.

In a letter from Günsche to Bill Bailey (in Military Advisor volume 23, number 3 summer 2012, page 26) Günsche say's he received the Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber.
No award date mentioned
Günsche states the Russians took the award.

Interesting to note how Jodl does not have his tunic buttoned up, and during an award ceremony! My father would have called this 'Lumpengesellschaft'.

Not so fast my dear, but this is nonsense. Jodl wears a dressing around his neck after his wounding !
