25.09.1945 von den Russen aus Berlin verschleppt, seitdem vermisst
(kidnapped and deported by the Russians from Berlin, missed)
31.12.1950 für tot erklärt (durch Urteil des Kreisgerichts Wernigerode)
(pronounced dead by district court))

What is the history behind this von Roeder? Have the Russian ever acknowledge his kidnapping and death?
