Helmut Kalbitz recieved the RK on 23.08.1941 as an Oberleutnant and Chef 1./Pi.Btl. 125. Kalbitz went on to recieve the EL on 07.01.1944 as a Hauptmann commanding Pi.Btl. 31. Could he be your RKT Z4? As regards 45, The Knights Cross was awarded to two men in Inf. Rgt 308 - Obst. Paul Schultz and Lt. Rudolf Witsch. I can't make out the rank of the KC holder in the picture.

w1 - Id: The picture was taken in February-March 1945 and showing FLTR: Oberleutnant Horst Hain (not yet received RK, Chef 3.Kompanie / Panzer-Aufklärungs-Abteilung 23 / 23.Panzer-Division) and Leutnant der Reserve Johannes Keck (Chef 2.Kompanie / Panzer-Aufklärungs-Abteilung 23 / 23.Panzer-Division). They're wearing "Lederjacke im Panzerschnitt"
