I don't speak Polish, but my translator says this photo is supposed to show GL Hermann Bruch and "first from left" Oberst (and later GL) Heinrich Rauch. For me, if at all, the officer at right looks a lot more like Rauch (if compared with the photo in Hildebrand). Can anybody identify him?

But I think Left 1 is Bruch,Hermann

This is even more confusing ... if so, who is Rauch? The right man, or even the one in the middle?

And doesn't it look as if the person with the peaked cap is the ranking officer reviewing the airfield crew? I think he is wearing a single rank pip, this would fit to a GL, but not to an Oberst. Here is another picture from the same source:
