Unknown army officer in Kopenhagen 1943?

Does anyone recognise this officer, probably wearing the Pour le Merite, photografed at a Luftwaffe funeral in Kopenhagen/DK january 1943? Rank unknown!!

Hi!

He looks very much like the Wehrmachtbefehslhaber Dänemark, General der Infanterie Hermann von Hanneken.

I agree that he has a similarity with von Hanneken, but I have never seen him with such a neck-decoration!

I fear the nose may be too bulbous to be Hanneken. Maybe a divisiopnal or Feldkommandant. Maybe Walther Wittke?

Yes, nose too big. But maybe big for both v Hanneken and Wittke. Here's a related issue. This was from Ebay a while ago and it said it was taken in Sevastopol. Not many generals fit the bill except Wittke who commanded 170 Div. And there was a funny neck order here too.
