What does O.F.R.N. means?

In book dedicated to 4.Dalmatian brigade is mentioned that Yugoslav soldiers killed German officer in village Šušnjevica, Istra on 29/30. april 1945. according the book, officer number was 11-184-237 O.F.R.N. Can anybody explain what is it?
