Can anyone please identify this General - the caption just said Generalleutnant Hahn.

It is indeed Generalleutnant Eugen Hahn. Here is a short bio.

Born: 22/07/1887 in Bösingen, Schwarzwald.
Died: 10/08/1938 in Heidelberg.
Major Awards: Ritterkreuz des kgl. Hausordens v. Hohenzollern mit Schwertern
Promotion Dates: Lieutenant (27/01/1904); Senior Lieutenant (27/01/1912); Captain (08/11/1914); Major (01/01/1924); Lieutenant-Colonel (01/02/1929); Colonel (01/01/1932); Major-General (01/10/1934); Lieutenant-General (01/08/1936).

Entered the Army as Officer-Aspirant in the 121st Grenadier-Regiment; Battalion-Adjutant in the 121st Grenadier-Regiment (01/10/1902-01/10/1912)
Regiments-Adjutant of the 121st Grenadier-Regiment (01/10/1912-1915)
In the General-Staff of the XIII. Army-Corps (1915-1916)
Chief Of Operations in the Staff of the 26th Infantry-Division (1916-01/1919)
In the Reichs Defence Ministry (01/1919-31/07/1920)
Transferred to the 113th Reichswehr-Infantry-Regiment (31/07/1920-01/01/1921)

Please note, that the above info re his date of birth should read 1884 instead of 1887. He was born on 22.07.1884.

Enclosed please find his death entries in the church books of Stuttgart.
