Thanks......I don't think the general is Lemelsen, I'm not sure he wore glasses although the general has the rank of a full general note the two pips. But who is he and who is the officer on the left ?

Thanks again Harmel

Hi trbooks!

I know pics about Lemelsen with glasses in his hands with Gen. Wöhler. It's indeed Gen. Lemelsen.
see http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?p=1386871

It's obvious that our man on the left side is Oberstleutnant Gerhard Franz (KC 7.41 as Ia of 29. ID-mot from 7.39-to 12.41).

I don't think its obvious, you can't see his face....but thanks for your identification.

Thanks Vienna

Hi,
Who is this WH general? Any idea?
Most likely Burdach but confuse his shoulder boards, too large symbols for rank insignia or a false impression, not sure. Wait for other opinions.

general77.jpg - Tittel.

Best wishes

I agree with Ruslan´s IDs. LINDEMANN and GRASE, TITTEL..
Regarding BURDACH I´d say: BURDACH 90%, OBSTFELDER 10%.
Cheers.

And Karl BURDACH (100%)

There is some doubt about it (at least to me)...

Image
Id: Friedrich Höhne with Generalleutnant Hans von Basse
Friedrich Höhne and who is the general, Ernst RUPP or Hans von BASSE?

Best wishes.
