You are right! The man without glasses is Otto Stapf, Kommandeur der 111. Infanterie-Division. The other General looks like Franz Landgraf.

I believe with Stapf is Rudolf Habenicht.

Maybe someone can identify this general? Have some fotos with this person in my collection. It seems one of the foto near this general stand Romanian officers.

Your first Ritterkreuzträger is Friedrich Weber (Generalleutnant).
And the other General on the second pic is Dr. rer. pol. Fritz Polack (Generalleutnant).
