4086 - Pionier-Bataillon.19. Based on the face and ears, I believe it's General der Artillerie Friedrich Dollmann, Oberbefehlshaber 7. Armee (before promoted to Generaloberst in July 1940. Pionier-Bataillon 19 / 19.Infanterie-Division subordinated to him in summer 1940...

4090 is von Witzleben before his Marshall's batton

Thanks for the quick response!

Didn't even see the resemblence before but it alsmost looks like that the picture I have is taken at the same occasion as picture 4091.
So probably taken in München as part of the Stellvertretenden Generalkommando VII. Armeekorps? I got it with a foto lot of the AOK 15, but don't think there is a direct connection..
