SS Obersturmbannfuhrer Bruno Gesche --- Chief of Hitler's Personal Bodyguards -- The Fuhrerbegleitkommando. 1930-1944.

Army Generalmajor Gerhard Hossbach Army Aide 1936-1938.

This would pretty much cover all his personal adjutants and aides and personal valets etc. Of course he had 5 private secretaries : Wolf, Daranowsky, Schroeder, Christian and Junge.

There were many others that were attached to his HQ's but these were not actual PERSONAL STAFF-- such as Gerhard Boldt etc.

Adlerhorst, Bad Nauheim, Rastenburg, FelsenNest, Doric, Tannenberg, Berghof, Margival, Moenichkirchen, Bruly, Vannista and Riese.

Please correct me if I am wrong and I would be grateful if anyone on the forum can add any information.

Hitler’s First Wartime HQ "Fuhrersonderzug" this was Hitler’s train with 15 carriages and two engines.

"Alderhorst" at the end of Oct 1939, Hitler’s Military adjutants searched for a suitable location for a HQ in the mid-Western section of Germany in the event that the British & French, who had declared war on Germany, would open a campaign. They finally settled on an area in the Taunus Mountains near Ziegenberg.

"Felsennest" 10 May- 5 June 1940: Located in the area of the Westwall at Munstereifel. The commander was Oberstleutant Thomas

"Wolfsschlucht" 6 June to 26 June 1940 located near the small town of Bruly-de-Pesche on the French-Belgian border. It was 6km south west of Couvin in a clearing in the woods.

"Tannenberg" 27 June to 5 July 1940 with the armistice with the French, Hitler’s HQ was transferred from Bruly-de-Pesche in Belgium to "Tannenberg" in the northern Schwarzwald.

"Fruhlungssturm" from 12 April to 25 April 1941 this was another train it arrived on 12th April at Monichkirchen and because of the possibility of air raids, the train was stopped close to a railroad tunnel. A nearby hotel housed the staff of the Land Defence units.

"Wolfsschanze" from 24 June 1941 to 15 July 1941; and again from 31 October 1942 to 20 November 1944. In anticipation of the possibility of a military campaign against the Soviet union, in October of 1940, a search for a suitable site for a military HQ was initiated by Hitler through his chief adjutant Schmundt. Site was located a few km east of the East Prussian town of Rastenburg. It lay 8km east of the town in the forest of "Gorlitz" owned by the town.

"Wehrwolf" from July 16 to October 30 1942. In the middle of 1942 it was decided to move the HQ to an area in the Ukraine so that Hitler could more closely observe the progress of the Army group south. It was located 15km north east of Vinnizia on the road to Zhitomir.

"Wiesental" from 10 Dec 1944 until 15 Jan 1945. Hitler moved to Ziegenberg. His staff was at Alderhorst and Hitler and his staff were quartered at Wiesental about 2km distant from Ziegenberg.

Reich Chancellery 15 Jan to 30 April 1945

Hope this helps
