Dear Sir,
Who was this Oberst Fritz Schrekenbach, NVA? I was unaware of this person who held the Ritterkreuztraeger?
Sincerely,
Edward L. Hsiao

Re: Fritz Schrekenbach
Dear Sir,
I can't understand what was it about Fritz Schreckenbach in the the NVA forum. I can't understand German. The Ritterkreuztraeger website did mention about Schreckenbach who won the RK as an Oberfeldwebel during WWII but nothing about his post WWII activities before he died in 1993. I'm confused!
Sincerely,
Edward L. Hsiao

Re: Fritz Schrekenbach
And he wasn't an Oberst but Oberfeldwebel (senior sergeant).
