Gentlemen, a chunk ...

This is a scan of Friedrich Stahl, Heereseinteilung 1939, showing the German Army on Jan. 1st, 1939. I have two questions:

1. Which Graf Strachwitz is shown as Cdr. I./PR 2?
2. What about II./PR 2? I couldn´t find a source mentioning that the Panzerregiment 2 only comprised one Btl. on Jan. 1st, 1939. Is it only a mistake of the author or the publisher? And if there was a II./PR 2 indeed, who was the Commander at this time?

That is Manfred Graf Strachwitz von Groß Zauche und Caminetz.... how'd you like to sign that name all the time! I have several documents from his personnel file, he commanded I/PzRgt 2, 10.11.38 - 25.7.40. Perhaps you know, was he Hyazinth's brother... cousin...?
