Hello everybody
There are 2 Oberste Wellhausen, both with RDA. 1.4.42, one Inf. one Art., one Paul one Max. According to Torsten I assume that Paul is the Art.Ob., correct ? Besides I´ve one 1943 as Kdt. Oflag VII B and one 1944 as Ib WK. I, are they Paul or Max ?
Thanks, Rossano

I don't have anything on their Wehrmacht service, but Paul was an artillery officer. He served in World War I in 2. Nassauisches Feldartillerie-Regiment Nr. 63 Frankfurt and in Reserve-Feldartillerie-Regiment Nr. 21. Max was infantry, having served in Grenadier-Regiment König Friedrich der Große (3. Ostpr.) Nr. 4.

OTL.(1.1.42) Humke - Georg, *10.5.1887
OTL.(1.2.44) Pohland - Conrad, *6.7.1895
OTL.(1.12.43) Berger (Hans-Dietrich or ?) - Otto, *5.1.1892
OTL.(1.12.43) Eckoldt - Walter, *25.8.1887
OTL.(1.12.43) Heinrich - Rudolf, *21.3.1889
OTL.(1.1.44) Kienle - Oskar, *2.3.1896
OTL.(1.1.44) Holstein - Walter, *15.8.1890
OTL.(1.1.44) Bormann - Konrad, *21.2.1896
OTL.(1.1.44) Jäger - Helmut, *15.12.1898
OTL.(1.1.44) Koslar - Kurt, *29.1.1891
Maj.(1.10.40) OTL.(1.9.44) Hagemann - Hans-Wilhelm, *16.1.1899 [file says "Hans-Wilhelm", but he apparently went by only "Hans"]
OTL.(1.11.43) Hoppe - Erich, *30.9.1887
OTL.(1.11.43) Krevet - Bodo, *26.1.1894
OTL.(1.9.43) Baumann - Heinrich, *9.10.1899
OTL.(1.9.43) Floß (also, when Major ?) - Erich, *17.10.1897; Maj. am 1.10.40
OTL.(1.10.43) Graetz - Hans, *29.5.1899
the 2 OTLte. (both 1.1.44) Müller
1. Josef, *8.2.1891
2. Wilhelm, *23.1.1897

Wilhelm was the Leiter of WMA Winterberg. I don't have Josef's assignments at hand.
OTL.(1.11.43) Kalden
An interesting one. He was Friedrich Arthur Carl Kalden, *2.2.1887. He was born Friedrich Israel, but changed his name on 26.5.39.

The Panzer-Archiv list has:
Hauptmann (E) 01.01.34 ISRAEL Walter Gustav 19.01.1894-29.11.1942 (Stab W.E.I. Chemnitz) Major
Hauptmann (E) 01.10.33 ISRAEL Rudolf (Stab 9.Inf.Division) Oberstleutnant (01.06.43)
This is wrong. Friedrich Israel/Kalden was the Hptm.(E) 1.1.34 on the Stab WEI Chemnitz. Walther Israel, born 1.9.1890, was a Hptm.(E) on the staff of the 9.Inf.Div., but his RDA was 1.4.34 and he was promoted to Major on 1.12.38 and Oberstleutnant on 1.6.43. The Maj. Walter Gustav Israel killed in 1942 was possibly a reserve officer.

I don't have anything on Rapps or Maurer.

Regards,
Dave

Thanks "cvrc"
How do You have his first name ? Do You eventually have also the first names of other officers in the 369.Inf.Div. ? If yes, may I send You a list of officers in this division, asking You to add their first names to them ?
Rgds., Rossano
P.S.: Hello Dave, do You have the first name of Ob. Wild (see above) ?

Hello Rossano,

I've found an Oberst Karl-Ernst von Uechtritz now. In July 1944 he was Kommandeur der Nachrichtentruppen im W.K. II (Hoffmann, 1985, p.842 and Hoffmann, 1996, p.692, 787). Perhaps that's him.

Thanks Torsten, but the one I was looking for was an infantry colonel (1.12.40). I have Carl-Ernst (in my data with "C") in W.K. II.
P.S.: I posted 2 new ones in AHF, pls. look at them and keep helping. Thanks, Rossano

Torsten, I can just now add 2 new informations, i.e. :
1) the Nachr.Ob. was "von Uechtritz u. Steinkirch", Carl-Ernst
2) the inf.Ob.(1.12.40) was "von Uechtritz" Hellmuth (so in "Offiziersliste 3.1.39" in Internet)
I really don´t know/understand now why (from which data/info) I initially wrote "not Hellmuth", comic
Friendly, Rossano P.S.: did You see the new threads ?
