Gerhard Lenz & Joseph Strasser

Does anyone have a brief biographical sketch on Gerhard Lenz and Joseph Strasser. Strasser I believe had a hand in the design of Zyklon-B, and Lenz I believe worked with Mengele in Auschwitz. Did these individuals make it to South America after WWII? Where they ever charged with any crimes? Do we know what happened to them if the did make it to South America?
