He was SS Gruppenführer und Generalleutnant der Polizei
Kurt WEINREICH seems to be a junior officer of Waffen SS in a air defence unit

for Hans Weinreich I suggest you the excellent site of the moderator this forum ABR which appear at the top
select Technische Nothilfe you will find a good bio of him
for the junior Waffen SS officer the SS number indicate he was a very late SS member.
My record on Polizeidivision are not enough precise to mention it.

suicide over this sordid affair.
