On the Right is the unmistakable Generaloberst von Fritsch, on the left, it's hard to say, give me time

Reichenau in the middle? Actually it even looks a little like Goering.

Don't think its Reichenau, his nose is too round. Could the one on the right be Guderian? He was a bit shorter...

No the 1 on the right is deffinately von Fritsch, this pic is from the 1930s
