I'm not sure , but in my opinion 2 left is Fritz Katzmann.
Photo was scanned from local newspaper "Danziger Vorposten" and depicts Albert Forster in front of Arturshof (most important building) in Danzig. In this time Katzman was a resident of SS and police in Danzig.
Maybe if I'm wrong , sombody could recognize this man.

Having seen numerous images of Katzmann in his SS personnel file, I can confirmt: That is him.

Excellent pic. The man on the left could be either Oberstleutnant Hermann Fuchs of Erwin Gresser toe KdSchupo in Dusseldorf depending on the date of the pic

Centre is the gauleiter Albert Forster and on the extreme left is the SA Leader SA Gruppenführer Otto Ivers
