I don't know if you have the date for Seidel's DKG so here it goes... He receieved the DKG on 25.09.43 as an Oberst, GR 236.

There is no "Dobeln", but there is Dobel in the Schwarzwald. Allegedly, Seidel was killed by a patrol of the Foreign Legion "auf einer Erkunndungsfahrt von der Schwanner Warte nach Neusatz, oberhalb Conweiler" and was buried in Conweiler (today a part of Straubenhardt).
