Can anyone confirm the following promotional dates or add to Ludwig Baumgartner who was adjutant at Auschwitz and Flossenburg. Any other information would be great. I know he also served at Sachsenhausen.?

I need to know if he was tried after the war etc.

SS-Mann – 2nd February 1932
SS-Sturmmann – 1st January 1934
SS-Rottenführer – 1st April 1934
SS-Unterscharführer – 1st November 1934
SS-Scharführer - 1935
SS-Oberscharführer – 15th November 1936
SS-Hauptscharführer – 1st November 1938
SS-Untersturmführer – 20th April 1940
SS-Obersturmführer – 9th November 1941

Thanks
