Unknown regiment for Maj.s Hecker & Froböse

Hello Experts
In a document there is following note (in german):
26.02.45 Maj. Hecker (Pz.Gren.) has an Inf.Rgt. and remains now there.
(then below) : another one gets it (ein anderer bekommt es [das Regiment])
20.3.45 Maj. Froböse received for that (dafür erhalten)
What is the correct complete sense of the last 2 phrases together ? Possibly "another one (officer) will get the Rgt. (instead of Maj. Hecker ?)", then "for this (replacement) Maj. Froböse is here (has come/arrived)" ?
But most important, which Rgt. is this which was commanded 02/03.45 by Hecker and 03/04.45 by Froböse ???
