Officers ID

Can any one identify the 2 officers on the left in the picture?? The one on the right is Hermann von Stransky. The picture was probley taken in Romanin.

Many THANKS Graveland, I hoped someone would ID them, I googled him and he was in the Abwehr so that fits really good as von Stransky was also an Abwehr-officer. BEST WISHES Dallas

Romania : as Stransky was V.O. z. rum. Abw.(liason officer to rum. intelligence) it is likely to believe that the third officer was Ob. Rodler (Ltr. Abw.Stelle Rumänien/Bukarest = Chief intelligence office in Romania/Bucarest), or alternatively Lahousen´s Adjutant (Maj. Abshagen)........
