Who is this General wearing an interesting tunic?

This photo is from "The Military Advisor" Vol 14, No 2. Can anyone identify him?

Reversed photo
Just a reversed photo. Only a very foolish (or mentally unhinged) officer would have all of his insignia and awards on the wrong side. Note that the man next to him appears to wear the "Afrika" commemorative cuff title on the "right" sleeve rather than the left which was proper.
Best wishes,

Sorry, I couldn't say it clearly in English.Starinov wrote:I am sorry but I do not follow you on that one....Harri wrote:Look at the "opening direction" of the tunic. I think it is quite normal in this photo: the left front half of the tunic is over the right one. Does this prove something?
If you look at the first photo Marcus sent the tunic looks more correct (except the medals and eagle), but in the "reversed" photo Marcus just sent the "front" of the tunic is in a wrong way compared to usually seen tunics (or is it an optical illusion?). The wrist watch is now on the right (in this case left hand) side.
