In Mehner' s „Geheime Tagesberichte“ there is mentioned on 03.07.44 a Höh.Kdo. Montenegro without any additional data. Was it a german or foreign Kdo. ? Only if german, who its cdr. and staff officers ? From/until when did it exhist ?
