Hello feldmarschall.

You'll have to expand on this. I don't understand what you are asking about.

Who's body are you talking about?

Dave

It is quite comfortable relaxing in a large enveloping armchair…and was pleasantly surprised to find it drizzling outside…lowering the temperatures considerably.

saludos mil

Hi Feldmarechall,
Differently from the russian official version Juan Salinas and Carlos De Nápoli say in the book "Ultramar Sur - La última operación secreta del Tercer Reich" (Ultrasea South - The last secret operation of the Third Reich) published in 2002 - 1ª ed, Grupo Editorial Norma, Buenos Aires/Argentina, that a group of U-Boote (XXI class/elektrobootes, among them the U-977, class VII-C, - Comandant Leutenant Heinz Schäffer and also U-530) went from Kiel port to Patagonia (Argentina) in the lasts days of April, 1945, taking Adolph Hitler, Eva Braun, Bormann, "Gestapo" Müller and others (50 in total); both U-Boote surrended to Argentina in August 17th, 1945; the men were taken to Fort Hunt's POW (Washington DC)and what they said to the americans is still kept in secret until today, but the autors also say that there is proof that Hitler, Eva Braun and Heinrich "Gestapo" Müller stayed in Argentina where Hitler died in 1959 somewhere near Glaciar Perito Moreno and the Argentinian Lake, Bormann died in February 15th, 1959 in Paraguay (there are confidencial information of Alfredo Stroessner's Government - 1954/1989).
There are more information in the book, if you can read it, it is nice.
I am sorry about the English, but I speak Portuguese, the book is in Spanish and I tried to translate, so any doubts, because of my English translation, please ask me.

Hi feldmarschall,

The topic of Goebbels remains, and therefore of Hitler for they were transported together, is dealt with in the following topic:

http://www.thirdreichforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=14720

Elements of the story of Hitler's last moments and the fate of his body are still coming to light because of the chaotic situation at the war's end combined with the Russian's secrecy in handling Hitler's remains. It is now pretty clear that Hitler died by his own hand in the bunker, the body was partly burned, buried, found by the Russians, examined and reburied repeatedly over several decades and finally cremated and the ashes dispersed in a (then) East German river. Some skull fragments, presumed to be Hitler's, were discovered in a seperate dig of the original burial site and these are held in Moscow.

Cheers,

K.
