Hi Shawn,

Indeed! All the photos I have seen of Meise always show him wearing an Einheitsfeldmütze. I think thats what got me thinking about him! Pity I don't have a good mug shot though.

Enclosed a "mug shot" of Meise, together with a detail (poor quality) of one of the Kniess photos, portraying the would-be Meise.

Although I've seen several Meise pictures before, this one didn't ring a bell. But now you've pointed me in that direction, I think it's very well possible.

What do you guys think?
