Ostfront general 1943

Anyone knows who the chubby general in the camouflage jacket is? He seems kind of familiar to me, but can't come up with a name.

Picture from "Signal" (1943), according to the captions in a sector on the southern part of the Eastern Front.

Regards,

Hans

... and what about this one? Should be a Commanding General (Corps Commander)?

Same source.

Sorry, but I know a lot more about the West front generals....

Cheers,

Hans

Hi J.N. Houterman!

The second General could be

(later) General der Infanterie Edgar Röhricht !? or rather
Ralph Graf von ORIOLA, GL,
also look to ...."bridgend-powcamp"

Regards

Thanks for the response. Facialwise I would opt for Oriola. Good suggestion!

Cheers,

Hans
