Hello Minotauros

Sketchy info I'm afraid but this is what I've got.

Michael Kitzelmann, born in the Allgau on the 29th January 1916.

Served his term in the Reichsarbeitdienst (the State Labour Service) and was called up for the Heer. The Second World War had already started by this time. A front line soldier, he took part in three campaigns. He won the Iron Cross 2nd Class and a Commission.

He was a company commander on the Eastern Front and was arrested for making critical comments of the Nazi leadership. One comment he is reputed to have made was "If these criminals should win, I would have no wish to live any longer"

Sentenced to death by a court-martial, he was executed by firing squad at Orel on the 11th June 1942.

Sorry it ain't much.

Dave

Thank you Dave !

It's quite short but informative.

Was he tried by a military court or by a SS and police one ?

Good question. I really do not know, but I would be inclined to believe that it was a military court by virtue of the fact that he was court-martialled, rather then SS where one would suspect a scenario of being dealt with without a trial as such.
