Hello Fellows!
Were there any Kriegsmarine Officers that were recipients of the Commander grade of the Order of the Crown of Romania? Same goes for the Commander grade of the Order of Star of Romania? I'm a navy fan who can't seem to get enough of knowing about the Kriegsmarine at war!
Thanks,
Edward

For gee whiz, here are the known decorations of Admiral Wilhelm Franz Canaris. I would imagine he received at least a few non-German decorations in WWII, but I haven't run across any of them.
