As you can see he wasn't. The files of these men are not always complete and sometimes you can find an error. It's definitely Hoffmann what's also written on the photo.

I don't know this ceremony but as far as I can see it's Jürgen Wagner in the middle and Dieckmann on the right of course.

my information from this book. Like Hardigan i think that's on the photo Dieckmann. Also i find other mistake in same book. On image is Max Schäfer, i think. But in book signs "Otto Paetsch". It's very funny for me that it's Paetsch.
