Who is the Ritterkreuzträger at far right (background) in this photo, showing the Ritterkreuz award ceremony for Oberstleutnant i.G. Bern von Baer? Maybe he came from 16. Panzer-Division just like von Baer?

The general is General der Artillerie Erwin Engelbrecht (note the Finn. Freiheitskreuz around the neck and the Hohenzollern Orden on his ribbon bar).
