Ramon Serrano Suñer, general Franco's brother in law and spanish foreing minister during the war die today in Madrid at 101.
Serrano was minister when Germany launched the Barbarrosa Operation in june 1941, and the same day, he begun the recruiting for the Spanish Blue Division under the famous slogan: "Russia is guilty!!".

He was one of last witness of the spanish history at 40's.

The photo shows Serrano Suñer in Nuremberg with Himmler and behind, Kurt Dalegue with others spanish army officers
