Need confirmation of DOB of these 2 guys as I have conflicting dates.

Josef Vogt - 6/11/1890 and 18/2/1884

Hans Heinrich Baier (or Johannes Baier) I think they are the same person
21/1/1899 and 4/11/1893

The 9 Nov 1944 DAL shows both men serving in WVHA

Are these men - Baier, Johannes -- DOB 4 Nov 1893 (only fellow with that name and the rank of SS-Standartenfuehrer or higher in that DAL) and Vogt, Joseph -- DOB 18 Feb 1884 the same men as were put on trial by a US Military Tribunal at Nuremberg in 1947?
