I suspect that you are going to be disappointed in your quest. I have been researching the Hungarian Armed Forces for many years, and have collected quite a number of photos of Hungarian Generals, but nowhere have I come across a nice studio portrait of Beregfy. Even though it is hard to believe, perhaps no such photo exists.

It's hard to say for sure, since his head is turned partially away, but it looks to me as if it could be Jány Gusztáv vezérezredes, C-in-C of the 2nd Hungarian Army.
