Can anyone identify:

SS-Nachr.AuE.Rgt. : SS-Nachrichten AuE (?) Regiment. ?

Nachr.Abt.3 : Nachrichten Abteilung 3 ?.

Chef,2./Nachr.Abt. SS-VT : Chef 2.? / NachrichtenAbteilung, SS-Verfüngstruppen.

I cannot help you with identifying the unit, but believe AuE means Ausbildung und Ersatz.

It would have helped a bit if you had said you were researching the units commanded by SS-Staf. Richard Sansoni.

It should be:
SS-Nachrichten-Ausbildungs- und Ersatz-Regiment
SS-Nachrichten-Abteilung 3
Chef 2. Kompanie/Nachrichten-Abteilung SS-Verfügungstruppe
