K. Albreckt

#1

Post by Daniel L » 27 Sep 2003, 00:31

During the spring 1943 a military exercise was held in Södermanland, Sweden. An axis delegation visited this exercise. K. Albreckt and R. von Königsegg from Germany, M. Vagi from Hungary, Onodara from Japan and Linn Lesen from Rumania, there were also Swiss representatives present.

I would like to know more about this delegation. Especially about the German officer, K. Albreckt, who I know previously had seen combat.

Best regards/ Daniel

It is probably K. Albrecht, but as long as you have no further specifications (rank, unit) it is hardly impossible for us to look for answers.

Cheers,

Hans

Yes it is him. It was a misspelling in the book. I would still want to know more about him.

I suppose you don't get my point: there are lots of people with the name of K. Albrecht who served in the Wehrmacht.

What was his first name? Karl, Klaus, Konrad, Kurt....
What was his rank?
Which unit did he serve in?

Cheers,

Hans

I don't know his first name, I've basically written what I know. I believe he was a Hauptmann but I'm not sure. He had seen action on the eastern front.

Best regards/ Daniel
