Yep, Schaub he is.
At far left with head turned away could be the Führer's Chefpilot, Hans Baur.
Best,
~ Mike

Hello! The aircraft is the Grenzmark, Focke-Wulf 200A-0 (S-8 ) Condor, works number 3098, registration number D-ACVH. The Grenzmark entered government service on 30 June 1939 as Hitler’s accompanying aircraft.
In the autumn of 1939, after the outbreak of war, the registration number of Grenzmark was changed to WL-ACVH for a few weeks and then to AC+VH. The Balkenkreuz was also added between the letters. The aircraft was pressed into service as a troop transport for the invasion of Norway with the registration number NK+NM. The former Grenzmark was destroyed in a crash landing at Orel, Russia on 23 December 1941.
Hitler first flew aboard the Grenzmark in early July 1939. In the source listed below, Hitler arrived at the airfield with his Luftwaffe adjutant, Hauptmann Nikolaus von Below, and Julius Schaub. Could this picture have been taken then?
Best regards,
Shawn

This photo was taken on July, 6th, 1939. It is after Hitler`s first flight with the Grenzmark.
Persons: Luftwaffen - Adjutant Nicolaus v. Below, Flugkapitän Hans Baur, Reichsleiter Martin Bormann, Adjutant SS-Führer Julius Schaub and maybe Willi Ruge (last person). I have found it in a book, so the names are right.

Don't believe everything you read in books. Bormann is not in this photo.stalag-vi-f wrote:This photo was taken on July, 6th, 1939. It is after Hitler`s first flight with the Grenzmark.

That`s very interesting.
In another book you can read this:
[....] Fl.Kpt Baur, Oberst von Below, Hitler, SS-Obersturmbannführer Schaub, Major Carcanico, Kommandant des Flughafens Berlin-Tempelhof.
The photo was taken by Walter Frentz (I think, not sure). So there are no names on the backround written. The authors maybe tried to name them and so they did mistakes. Choose one of the examples. At least one must be right

Interesting photo, the date given might be wrong,
as Carcanico,is Viktor Carganico as he was promoted
to Obstlt on 1/4/36 and left Tempelhof in Jan 1939.
in the photo you can see hear wears glasses, and
Generalmajor Carganico did wear them.
