It´s a shame that the pic isn´t larger.:(

If I could clearly see the medals I think I would be able. Sorry, I can´t identify him by his face.

Hi Max!

I have tried to further enlarge the pic, but unfortunately the medals bar is a little bit too blurry. I can´t identify a single award with a certain degree of accuracy.

I´m very sorry about this. I fear I can´t be of help :cry: ... although I wish I could. :x

Hi Max!

He appears to have at least 1 pip on his right shoulderboard. Perhaps the full pic might give a clue as to the context and help narrow down the field. I suppose no dates or location are known?
