KC holder Walter Salzmann

Hallo,

I'm looking for further information about KC holder and holder of German Cross in Gold Walter Salzmann:

Salzmann, Walter

born: December 12th 1913 in Berlin
died: February 1st 2000 in Hannover

RK: June 27th 1942 as Oberleutnant and Chef 6./IR 121 for the battle of Sewastopol
DKiG: September 17th 1944 as Hauptmann and Kommandeur Fuesilier-Bataillon 50

EK II: ???
EK I: ???

Date of entry in the army: ???

Promotion dates: ???

Woundings: ???

Further services, I could found in the unit history of the 50. Infanterie-Division:

Juli 1941 his service is: Leutnant and Zugfuehrer in 6./IR 121

since October 1943 Kommandeur Fuesilier-Bataillon 50

could escape from the Crimea debacle in May 1944

then again Kommandeur Fuesilier-Bataillon 50

after the war service: Bundeswehr until March 31th 1970 as Oberstleutnant

Any further information known!!!???

O.Lt. 1.4.1942 , Hptm 1.4.1943 , Major 1.9.1944 ; 15.3.1944 Kdr. Füs.Btl. 50 , 13.1.1945

Wo er seinen DE hatte weist Du nicht!? Und hat er EK II und EK I auch beim IR 121 bekommen!?

As always, very helpful!

Do you know, where he joined the WH!? Did he get EKII and EK I alsoin the IR 121!?
