ObstLt from GD

Here are a series of picture of a ObstLt staff officer from GD, KVK with swords. Does anyone know who he was?

In Pic#1, he was visiting a HG FjPz formation. That could put him in GD Pz Div rather than Brandenberg as GD Pz fought with HG and Brandenberg fought with GD Pz Corp. Pic#2 shows Obst Wolfgang Heesemann second from left, later Kmdr of GD PzGr Rgt and RKT and of course, Walter Hoernlein.
