question for Dieter

In the latest volume of "Die Generale des Heeres 1921-1945" there is an entry for Hubertus Lamey saying "in Vertretung mit fer Fuhrung der ___ II beauftragt". I unfortunately don't speak German so I want to be sure my understanding of this is correct. Does this mean he was standing by for the first designated division Fuhrer and actually acting division Fuhrer- or simply that he was deputy commander of the division temporarily? Thanks for your help with this.

mit der Führung der Geschäfte beauftragt (m.d.F.d.G.b.)
Temporarily charged with the conduct of affairs

mit der Führung beauftragt (m.d.F.b.)
Temporarily charged with leadership or command

mit der vertretungsweisen Führung beauftragt (m.d.vertretungsw.F.b.)
Temporarily charged with the conduct of affairs

mit der Wahrnehmung der Geschäfte beauftragt (m.d.W.d.G.b.)
Temporarily charged with the conduct of affairs

Lamey had "the red command", I hope this is helpful
