Posted this to the SS/Polizei forum, but makes as much sense to post it here as well.

Just a general purpose note of appreciation for everyone involved in this forum. The quantity and quality of information exchanged here every day is absolutely astonishing to me, and the number of those who routinely provide excellent, well-researched data and rare, high-quality photos seems to increase daily. You are all to be congratulated for a job well done! An honor and privilege to play my own humble part in this ongoing and massive research project.
