Did Hitler ever present any German Crosses in person?

Just wondering if Hitler as well as the KC and it's higher grades awarded any German Crosses in person and if so to whom?

Hello,
I Know that A. Hitler awarded himself the Oak Leaves on the KC of the Belgian Rex Leader, SS Sturmbahnführer Léon Degrelle. I don't know the date exactly.
Degrelle received the Oak Leaves for his defensive action during the battle of Dorpat ( Estonia )on the 23th of august 1944.

I was looking for German Cross and not Knights Cross+ Awards'but thank you again. :)
