Please ID Officers with Göring
Both pics come from http://www.ww2aircraft.net and were posted by "Douglas Jr".
Could anybody ID the officers that appear in these photos with Göring. In the 2nd pic he's shaking hands with Henri Petain.
Best,
FANGIO

Hello,
On this second pic, taken the 1 December 1941, we can see the marshal of France Philippe Pétain, head of state and Prime Minister in a meeting with the Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring who was also Reichsminister for the economy (4 Years Plan really). Behind the big German we hardly can catch sight of the Admiral of the Fleet (a title, not a rank) Jean François Darlan who was then the vice Prime Minister. He's actually between Göring and Karl Bodenschatz of the Luftwaffe.
Here is a pic of Darlan where you will recognise the contour of his face:

Wilfried Abenaschon: thank you for the ID of Darlan and the additional info.
harmel: if that is not Bräuer, who is he than? Here's a pic of Bräuer but I'm afraid it doesn't help too much:
