I have this book in my collection with about 6,700 names of fallen men and Officers,this
includes their photos,anybody with similar.Regards Harmel

[Deutschen Roten Kreuz – Suchdienst München], Vermisstenbildlisten des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes, 173 Bde (München, 1950’s).

Dark green color, large format, pliable (non-stiff) covers, c. 550 - 650 pages per volume?

So how many of the 173 volumes do you have? Do you know the significance of these books? Where did you find yours?

Lots and lots!

I got them directly from the Suchdienst folks in München in the late 'eighties.
