Need some help finding arguments about Misch's suggestions..

Well, I feel kinda "guilty" to have a "school" help topic and I'm not too sure wether this is the correct forum (can't post in the Lounge) but could anyone help me out for a sec?

Ok well, remember Rochus Misch (He is the last surviving member from the Bunker)? Misch asked if it would be possible to build 6 blocks for the commemoration of the Goebbels childrens.
As you probably already know, it seems that they have rejected this suggestion.

I have to write a argument text about wether or not we should build the 6 blocks or not.

What kind of arguments should I write?
Should I write that the 6 childrens also represent the suffering of the German people and present facts?
...hmm, I honestly not sure what kind of arguments I should write about.

Could you guys kindly help me out a little?
I hope my topic is not too much of a waste of space but I would really appreciate the help.
